3. Check all drain points in site with the drawings and finishing levels of ID works

5. Start Drain-cell and geotextile works

6. Sand filling

8.Top soil works and basic Land preparation

7. Take photos of all planting beds for future maintenance(Electrical wiring)

9. Irrigation system(sprinkler/Drippers or taps)

10. Installing big trees and palms.

 

11. Layering Growing media and final Land preparation.
